Apprentice Scheme

Rotork values its apprentices and believes in investing in its own talent in order to succeed. Rotork's apprenticeship scheme has been running almost since the company began over 50 years ago. During this time many of these apprentices have become well known figures in Rotork.

Many apprentices have progressed through technical sales, but others have taken routes such as electronics, product development and service.

Rotork offers three apprenticeship schemes:

1. Engineering apprenticeship
2. Craft apprenticeship
3. Administration apprenticeship

Each apprentice programme has been designed to develop each individual in order for them to progress internally.
