Are you a highly numerical, systems orientated individual who is looking for a new challenge?
Do you have a technical mind and, preferably, a background of implementing/rolling out ERP based management systems?
Can you produce meaningful MI reports and identify emerging trends as well as the ability to offer considered solutions to these?
Are you detailed and analytical in your approach and not afraid to get stuck in with IT systems?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions then you may be the person we are looking for…
We are Rotork, a global engineering company who are world leaders in our market and we are currently recruiting an HR Systems Administrator/Analyst. As the perfect candidate you will possess all of the above qualities as well as drive and enthusiasm to work as part of both a global HR Team and a multi-dimensional implementation team as HR Systems Process Lead for the roll out of our ERP based Management System. This role requires you to be from a numerical background and to have an affinity with IT systems, but not the need to be a Techie! You will be comfortable training senior managers in the use of systems, in setting parameters and reviewing usage over entire locations and reporting on this. You will also be able to develop policies and processes to support the system, and proactively update in line with new upgrades and phase releases. This role will also involve international travel, as part of the roll out programme so you will be comfortable with time away from home and air travel.
If you are successful in this role you will work closely with both the International HR Manager and Group HR Director to deliver timely MI reports and other HR related data around our KPIs and also with our AX project team. You will have to build strong, credible working relationship quickly across teams, locations, languages and cultures using the business tools and systems available to you. There will also be opportunity for you to be involved in Global Compensation & Benefits so an understanding of basic UK principles would be a good starting point. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and established business and a close, supportive team at an exciting time in our evolution. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package and career development opportunity.
