Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commission, troubleshoot and repair entire Rotork product line in the field, working in diverse situations and working closely with Area Sales Managers and area representatives to grow Rotork business
  • Assist in promoting, creating and updating our Professional Site Services Programs, including but not limited to:
    • Preventative Maintenance
    • In House Refurbishment
    • Retrofit/Retrofit Start-Up
    • Factory Fit/Factory Start-up
  • Sell and understand all retrofit opportunities
  • Complete and submit all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide customer support via phone and e-mail when needed

Candidate Specification:

Must be legally able to work in the USA; relocation not available 

  • Frequent overnight travel required with average of 2 wks/month: area to include Indianapolis, Chicago metro area, southwest Michigan, Evansville, IN and Louisville, KY
  • 3 years experience with an Electrical and Mechanical background, to include:
    • Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and conduct failure analysis of mechanical components in repair/service of electro-mechanical products
    • Good verbal/written communication skills and strong problem-solving ability
    • Safe driving record
