John Nicholas

John (52) was appointed to the Board in 2008 as a non-executive director. He is also a non-executive director of Ceres Power Holdings plc and Hunting plc having previously been Group Finance Director of FTSE100 and 250 companies. In June 2009 John was appointed to the Financial and Reporting Review Panel (FRRP). He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
