Principali Mansioni:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the duties will include:

• Handling customer's technical queries and advising them accordingly.
• Interpreting customer's requirements and estimating costs liaising with suppliers to obtain the best prices.
• Representing the Company at tender evaluation meetings/sales visits.
• Design equipment in line with current legisation.
• Produce relevant Electrical and Mechanical interfaces including BDC P&IDs and be fully conversant with various types of Schematic wiring diagrams.

There will be a requirement to attend training courses to attain Safety Passport, Confined Space, and First Aid Competences, along with requirement to carry out customer inductions and medicals. 

Requisiti Necessari:

The successful candidate must:

• Have a Degree, or equivalent, in electrical/electronic engineering.
• Be conscientious and self-motivated, with the ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Be organised and have a structured approach, with the ability to co-ordinate, balance and achieve all aspects of design activity.
• Have an excellent attention to detail.
• Be flexible, have a positive attitude, and be a good team worker.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, eg Outlook, Word and Excel.

Requisiti Desiderati:

In addition, the following would be advantageous:

• Design experience and working knowledge of CAD, in particular Solid Edge.
• A working knowledge and understanding of valves, actuators, and associated plant and equipment.
