Financial Highlights for the year ended 31st December 2010

• Revenue increased 7.6% to £380.6m (2009: £353.5m)

• Operating Profit up to £97.7m, a 6.7% increase (2009: £91.5m)

• Profit Before Tax up 7.6% to £97.9m (2009: £90.9m)

• Adjusted Profit Before Tax* up 8.8% to £99.6m (2009: £91.5m)

• Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) increased by 8.4% to 80.5p (2009: 74.2p)

• Final Dividend was 19.75p, up from 17.25p in 2009

• Additional Dividend of 11.5p

* Adjusted is before the amortisation of acquired intangible assets and property disposal in 2009
