This is a key role in supporting colleagues across the business in the execution of their duties whilst also contributing to our overall strategy through collaboration and driving business critical projects in multiple functions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to our Operations Excellence Director, this role is positioned closely with both to assist in carrying out their duties effectively whilst supporting the wider business needs.

 

In this role you will have a wide range of responsibilities assisting across multiple functions. You will carry out tasks like diary and travel management, meeting administration and expenses. Further to this you will assist with ongoing projects and internal documentation as and when required to support the wider business.

 

This role would suit someone with previous experience within the Executive Assistant field; you will be able to prioritise work and be forthcoming with solutions to tasks to proactively contribute to the team and company whilst also wanting a wider application of your role.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in previous Executive Assistant Role
• Strong background within MS Office with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines

The Successful Candidate

• Possesses excellent organisational skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Has a proactive nature who is keen to get stuck in
• Able to multitask and prioritise work
