West Coast Area Sales Manager
I have a Masters degree in Automatic Control Engineering from the University of Sheffield, and I also hold an engineering Bachelor degree in Electronics.
I found the Rotork post for an International Sales Graduate on my university career service website. I had to give sales and engineering presentations for the interview, and I also took Math and English tests. I loved what I saw during the interview process and didn’t hesitate for a second when Rotork offered me the position.
The Graduate scheme moved me between several departments with new things to learn and interesting people to meet. I moved between different manufacturing plants in several countries; learned the business from inside as well as gained real life experience. I must credit all the people I worked with; they were very helpful and assisted me in gaining the necessary knowledge in their departments.
At the moment I work as a municipal accounts manager; I support and promote the products, working with engineers, consultants and onsite technicians.
There are many things I love about working for Rotork such as management's openness to new ideas. I also love the fact that I learn something new every day.
