Position Summary:

Americas Lead – Customer Support Group

Location: Rochester, NY or Houston, TX (USA)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of the Client Support Group, the Americas Lead – Customer Support Group will lead a team of Customer Support Group members responsible for providing technical resolution to our clients in the Americas. This individual is responsible for organizing / managing the technical capabilities and priorities of the CSG team in order to drive closure of technical problems.

Additionally, the will be responsible for measuring performance, leading and developing and prioritising workload of the team.

When necessary, this individual will be responsible for identifying new tools and technologies to better serve the client, and working closely with subsidiaries and internal departments to ensure rapid and accurate responses to clients.

Experience Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish• Project Management and client relations experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• People management experience desired
• Product recall experience desired

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who Can:

• Stay highly organized, work under pressure and create strong working relations with internal shareholders to ensure client resolution is prioritized at all times• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Problem solve with little to no support
