Position Summary
As an Associate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Engineer you will work closely with the Global Engineering Functions to play a pivotal role in ensuring Rotork products are designed with circulatory and low-carbon footprint in mind.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Product Sustainability and Programme Management, the LCA Engineer will be supported to work collaboratively as part of a high functioning team to build their engineering skills, competencies and knowledge of Rotork’s processes.
You will work with key project and business stakeholders to integrate Life Cycle Assessment in to Rotork’s New Product Development Process; you will integrate environmentally driven insights in to product and business decisions, and will ensure robust and credible outcomes in accordance with relevant LCA standards.
This position would suit a graduate from an engineering or scientific discipline, who has a sound knowledge of Life Cycle Assessments and is looking for career opportunity within a market leading organisation.
Experience Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- Strong understanding of Life Cycle Assessment Methodologies
- Knowledge of Produce Development
