Position Summary

This is a critical role within the BI team to support and contribute to the data platform with Rotork, assisting with the overall improvement of best working practice. On offer this the chance to play an instrumental part within the Development team and to work on extremely varied projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Development Lead, this position is placed with a tightly knit team to deliver on their part within the wider Growth+ strategy.

 

In this role you will design and deliver numerous BI services like ETLs, databases and PowerBI models and reports which are key for the effective delivery of the BI team's function. You will also maintain and enhance documentation and service reports to encourage the on-going improvement of processes as part of the team.

 

The ideal candidate will be big on data and thrive with thinking analytically on datasets; you will be adaptable to issues and deadlines whilst having great organisational and communication skills.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with Power BI report development

• Familiarity with Power BI realise pipelines and security models
• Confident with the creation of documentation for completed work

The Successful Candidate

• Is self-motivated with good time management skills

• Has excellent listening, written and spoken communication skills
• Is able to resolve problems with a  strong focus on attention to detail
