Position Summary:

Business Development Manager

Location: Singapore

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director Rotork Site Services, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for diving and executing the sales delivery for Site Services within the designated region to meet sales forecasts and KPI’s. They will do so through using value added sales techniques, coordinating with end market regional leaders to drive Service initiatives, and developing sales plans aligned to end market sales strategy.

Additionally, they will feed business intelligence into Commercial functions, work with Engineering teams to build product roadmap and new product delivery, contribute to price planning and lead sales teams cross functionally to deliver against vision and strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to support and drive new service offerings, drive excellent customer relations, and develop a team to drive change and growth for the organization.

Experience Requirements:

  • Ability to fluently communicate in English 
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree a plus) 
  • Senior Sales experience (at least 7 years)
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
