Position Summary

This is an 18 month FTC

This is a new and key role in Rotork to effect communications and change plans for a variety of transformational initiatives across the business. We’re looking for someone who has a natural ability to communicate and motivate colleagues around change and can enact real influence across our business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will help drive behavioural change across our key programmes ensuring that the implementations run smoothly and all stakeholders are engaged and excited about the future. The role will also get involved in the continued communication of our Growth+ strategy and wider direction of the business.

 

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communications skills, be able to influence stakeholders at all levels and have the ability to work with different cultures in a global company. You’ll likely have managed communications for large transformational projects, ideally with a digital slant to them and be creative in how to engage others in change.

Experience Requirements

• Excellent writing skills to portray narratives
• Experience with Communications in a corporate environment
• Comfortable assisting with producing content
