Customer Project Lead

This role is key to ensuring successful end to end project delivery and interface with internal stakeholders, maximising improved return and customer experience.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this role will be working closely with the Sales team and indirectly managing Contract Engineers and Customer Support Engineers.
In this role you will operate as a single point of contact for the customer, managing project delivery from technical to commercial aspects and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure inventory management is optimised and tracked throughout the duration of the contract and escalate any potential risks or issues in advance.
This role would suit a person who possess strong commercial acumen skills and has robust experience in project management.
- Proven experience and knowledge of managing significant sized sales orders
- Strong negotiation skills and experience
- Sound knowledge of Valve automation products

- Can travel nationally and international if required
