Customer Service Manager

Position Summary:

The Opportunity

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the USA Customer Service Operations and supporting the development of multiple aspects of the customer service delivery model through building key stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, and driving customer service satisfaction.

Daily activities include designing and implementing strategic plans, as well as improving customer satisfaction and agreed customer Metric and KPI’s. This individual will also work extensively with IT in order to ensure the technology and customer service channels work as required, improving the customer and user interface.

Additionally, this individual will identify products and sales trends, provide clear forecasting reports, report on end-market movement and use customer insight and root cause analysis to develop Customer Service improvements by leading the Sales Supervisory management team

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership customer service experience ideally in manufacturing and accompanying proven track record of success 
  • Outstanding collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging and changing siloed thinking wherever it appears
  • Must be able to drive and implement process improvements in the customer service organization
  • Must have a high degree of Excel skills and abilities.
