Customer Services Team Lead

Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a large team ensuring targets are met, through managing performance and behaviours whilst driving sales that will provide excellent customer service levels in line with Rotork’s values.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be part of the Senior Management team in the facility, working alongside multiple Operations and Engineering Teams.

In this role you will have full freedom to manage the inside sales and contracts team and be responsible to maintain key customer relationships which include internal and external stakeholders, work collaboratively with external sales teams on customer issues and capture all customer feedback using this to drive continuous improvements across the department.

This role would suit someone who has the ability to work with a high level of freedom and solve problems on your own possesses strong management skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Experience of managing large teams within customer services / sales
  • Has an appreciation of working knowledge of inside sales and contracts roles
  • Experience of working on ERP systems

Has good interpersonal and the ability to influence
