Head of Commercial

Position Summary

This incredible opportunity, shaping Rotork’s commercial approach and processes to enable scalability, maximise productivity, and improve customer experiences to drive Rotork’s strategic goals globally.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, this position is key within the Commercial team spearheading Marketing and Strategic Pricing teams.

Alongside overseeing the marketing team, you will define and drive the Rotork commercial strategy with a focus on pricing and process improvement, taking ownership for development of contracts that are lean and appealing to our customers ensuring longevity of relationships and organisational profitability.

This role would suit an ambitious results driven individual, who has proven experience within a Manufacturing, Engineering or similar B2B industry.

Experience Requirements

  • Has previous experience of leading / sponsoring the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Is an experienced and seasoned leader of Global teams
  • Is able to demonstrate proficiency across all elements of sales and marketing driving global commercial change within the B2B industry or consumer product organisation

  • Will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead
  • Highly numerate and analytical with acute attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced action orientated manner
