The Opportunity

Support the Bath Facilities and HS&E Manager to shape the future of Health and Safety within Rotork, a FTSE 250 organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation embarking on a new operations strategy with safety at the forefront.

You’ll drive a zero-accident safety culture and continuous improvement ensuring Rotork UK is legally compliant with all HS&E Legislation and maintaining 3rd party accreditation to ISO 45001, 50001 and 14001. This is a varied role, with a mix of safety for both factory and office environments you’ll make HS&E improvements and create engagement in the workforce to drive HS&E to the next level. 


  • Effective operation of SQDCP and safety board
  • Full compliance with H&S Legislation and best practices
  • Ensure accidents are reported and investigated to determine root cause(es) and drive robust corrective actions.
  • Ensure risk assessments, COSHH, PUWER and manual handling assessments are completed and are effective in managing risks.
  • Manage internal/external audit programme and corrective action process


Experience Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate in OH&S
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Ability to travel when required



  • Lead Auditor qualification (ISO14001 or ISO45001)
  • IEMA foundation
