HR Manager

Position Summary:

HR Manager Bath & Northern Europe

Lead a small team within a rapidly changing organisation, providing remote international value-add HR support across Northern Europe (Norway, Sweden, Russia & Netherlands) as well as onsite support in our busy factory in Bath.

Supporting the delivery of the Global HR Strategy, you’ll help to support and develop our people and capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guide and coach managers and leaders on a range of people activities.
  • Provide robust employee relations advice and support across all areas relating to employment law and ensure adherence to our policies and practices.
  • Support the global Performance Management cycle across client group to ensure a high performance culture.
  • Support the end to end employment lifecycle of employees including recruitment, talent management and development requirements.
  • Support and lead critical HR and change initiatives to take the business forward

Experience Requirements:

Essential:

  • Significant experience as a senior HR generalist within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of managing & developing HR team.

Desirable:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent).
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Recent exposure to international HR including compensation and benefits, labour market issues, international recruitment.
  • Experience of providing international HR support remotely

  • Is able to work with ambiguity and excels in a fast paced changing environment, - highly adaptable.
  • Able to partner and influence a variety of stakeholders whilst making Commercial astute decisions.
  • Takes a collaborative approach to working, is able to build effective relationships at all levels.
