Position Summary

This is a key role for the HR community of Rotork and the wider business itself, where you will drive change and have the chance to work on a range of varied projects to improve HR services and their delivery.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, this role is positioned to look after over 120 employees at our Rochester site.

In this role you will provide robust employee relations advice and support across all areas relating to the employment law and ensure adherence to policies and practices, own and drive talent on your site providing guidance and training to managers ensuring talent is recognised and work closely with site management and wider teams to build a positive employee culture and levels of engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills whilst being able to proactively solve issues and identify risk. They will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to make selections confidently.

Experience Requirements

• Experience working with technical colleagues and a wide range of individuals
• Proven experience within HR and the ability to work in a standalone role
• CIPD qualified
