Inside Sales Specialist

Position Summary

The Inside Sales role requires knowledge and experience in the field of valve automation sales together with a strong commitment to top-quality customer service.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, this role is responsible for incoming sales inquiries & quotations while a high level of customer service maintaining Rotork systems and procedures.

This person will be delivering quality, relationship building sales efforts with the aim to build loyalty with customers resulting in increased revenue and company profitability.

Experience Requirements

  • Applicable degree or advanced diploma plus directly related experience in a related position.
  • Experience in the sale of engineered industrial valve automation products through direct and indirect channels is an asset.
  • The desire to always deliver a quality product to both internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the use of Microsoft Office®.

  • Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Sound time management and planning skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
  • Use a professional selling approach with clear objectives and techniques designed to meet Rotork’s corporate objectives.
