Product Manager - Intelligent Actuators

Position Summary:

About the role

Lead our Intelligent Actuators product line from both a product management and product marketing perspective. Maximise revenue and margin tied to the product line, formulate product roadmaps and identify opportunities for new product development.

About you

  • Demonstrable track record of success in a similar Product Management role
  • Aptitude for understanding customer voice to develop competitive strategies and plans
  • Ideally, a broad understanding of either Oil & Gas, Power & Water or Chemicals and Industrials markets.
  • Engineering / technical background, enabling you to engage in technical discussions with customers and colleagues. Well-versed in the principles of mechanical engineering, process / discrete industrial automation and flow control. Knowledge of valve actuation specifically related to electric actuation would be preferable.
  • Broad understanding of various electric prime movers and related technologies.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions related to hardware, firmware, HMI and controls technologies.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic design methods and best-practices.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a talented relationship builder.
