Position Summary

This position plays a significant role in the D365 implementation programme being rolled out across our Global business and is vital to the successful management of forecasting and spend within the project.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Group Financial Controller, the project accountant will manage the accounting, reporting and forecasting of the global D365 implementation programme and business partner with internal stakeholders to understand and investigate overall performance against budget.

The Project Accountant will pick up the existing models and processes to take ownership and really streamline these moving forward in order to provide clear visibility on spend to date, and forecast against budget by working closely with functional leads to really scrutinise the figures.

This role would suit someone who has business partner experiencing and who is motivated and driven to get things done.

Experience Requirements

• Degree educated and qualified accountant
• Use of financial reporting systems (e.g. Microsoft D365, SAGE200, OneStream)
• Well-developed analytical and Excel skills (experience using Power Query or Power BI)

• Has excellent communication with key stakeholders at all levels
• Is able to identify process improvements and embed change
• Is results oriented and highly numerate
