About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join us in Houston. You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience.
You will be recruiting for a diverse group of customers across the US, LATAM and Canada and will be part of the global recruitment team based in the UK
You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to on-boarding of candidates which involves; headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates and approaching specific markets and organisations for roles and succession gaps. You will be implementing and embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advising on routes to market & providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make.
This is a real and timely opportunity for someone to have a positive and significant impact on our business by working with key stakeholders to help them build their teams as they drive change and transformation throughout the organisation.
You will have demonstrable expertise in finding talent directly and will have ideally worked in a global organisation within the US Market. You’ll have a background of agency and ‘in-house’ experience and ideally have a proven track record of recruiting within an engineering or manufacturing industry. You will know employment Law in the US & ideally Canada and LATAM, have knowledge of cultural hiring nuances and be used to working in a matrix environment.
