Position Summary

We have an excellent, varied opportunity to join our Rotork as the Regional HR Manager for our Northern EMEA region.

The Opportunity

As part of the global HR team and reporting to the Head of Global HR Delivery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that we deliver brilliant people solutions to our colleagues across the NEU markets (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway & UK).  You’ll be comfortable with challenging embedded perceptions and practices and is a critical thinker with an enterprise mindset to drive a great employee experience.

 

You’ll likely be a role model leader with experience of leading a team, working in a fast-paced environment, and coping with unexpected challenges whilst juggling multiple conflicting priorities. This would suit a proactive and driven HR Manager looking to gain well rounded experience in a standalone role whilst working together with the wider HR community.

Experience Requirements

• Degree / relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience working in human resources-related field
• Knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish HR business partnering, employment law and practices
• Team management
• Has experience of supporting business areas regionally
• Experience with change management and business transformation initiatives

The Successful Candidate

• Has likely worked in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment before
• Demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude, listening, consulting, and communicating proactively
• Takes a collaborative approach to working and can establish productive relationships, comfortable working with people at all levels, across different cultures
• Able to make commercially astute decisions
• Able to think creatively to deliver great solutions to people related issues
