Service Supervisor


  • Reports To: UK National Service Manager
  • Location: Bath, UK

Position Summary

This is a critical role within Rotork to deliver a first-class field service response to customers through management and development of field service team members. The varied nature of the role means no one day will be the same.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the UK National Service Manager, this role is positioned within a team of supervisors to guide and manage field service engineers on the ground.

 

In this role you will be responsible for a team of engineers, conducting then to work together and organising them to ensure service requests. Using your technical knowledge you will communicate to team-members and customers to ensure a smooth delivery of service both over the phone and in person/ on site when required.

 

The successful candidate will have strong judgement skills, excellent planning and organisational abilities and be able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.

Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge or ability to learn about values, actuators and digital control systems
  • Technical qualification in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering
  • Possesses a commercial background and acumen

  • Ability to plan and organise effectively
  • Able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels
