Site Services Operations Director

Position Summary:

The opportunity

The Site Services Operations Director is a new role created to drive the further growth and optimisation of our global Site Services business. This is an opportunity for an experienced Services or Aftermarket leader to join a growing team and play an important role in driving the further growth and success of a key part of our group.

The Site Services Operations Director will develop, coordinate, manage, and lead Rotork’s field service operations and implement and drive the established sales strategy across all regions.  This role will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of people across a variety of departments with an intense focus on ensuring they are providing exceptional service and solutions to Rotork’s customers around the world.

This will be a high profile role, requiring the ability to work effectively with leaders across the business, including Rotork’s senior management team. We expect this role to require a significant amount of global travel.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

  • Lead global sales strategy for Rotork’s Site Services business
  • Overall responsibility for regional sales forecasting, KPIs, results, and leadership as well as delivery of strategic goals
  • Lead and oversee all Field Service Operations, ensuring delivery of targets and service levels
  • Provide leadership to ensure that Rotork delivers quality service solutions to clients while achieving customer satisfaction and targeted business objectives.
  • Drive adoption of and compliance with global services tools, safety programs and processes
  • Provide governance to, and adoption of, service best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all Rotork health and safety policies and procedures together with the applicable legislation in addition to the adherence to health and safety policies and procedures applicable at customer sites

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience leading an Aftermarket/ Services business in a sector relevant to Rotork (ideally within Flow Control, Oil & Gas, Water & Power, or Chemical, Process & Industrial). This experience should include leading sales/commercial as well as operations leadership roles
  • Global experience in a comparable role, leading across multiple regions in a complex, matrix structure
  • Financial acumen and experience of running a P&L
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships all levels and across different cultures
