Supply Chain Engineer

Position Summary
This is a key role overseeing the upstream supply chain to deliver great customer service and operational excellence by delivering effective material and information flow from our suppliers to point of use.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, in this role you will be working as part of a team, liaising with Operations, Sales, and engineering functions.
In this role you will be responsible for raising the work orders and managing MRP, providing operations with an efficient schedule, managing the work orders cycle through production resolving issues as they arrive and own the product master list and life cycle phase taking action for managing the product portfolio to deliver the customer requirements and minimise associated costs.
This role would suit a person who has excellent relationship management skills and has experience of implement change and delivering results.
Experience Requirements
- Strong data analysis and ERP subject matter expert
- Has experience and sound knowledge of manufacturing supply-chain, planning and lean methodology
- Be able to demonstrate use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
