Technical Sales Engineer

This role will autonomously execute sales delivery to meet sales forecasts whilst providing specialist technical knowledge to maximise sales opportunities, which will prove to be instrumental for the continued success of Rotork.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is positioned within our tightly knit sales department to be the technical expert on our product range for customers.
In this role you will have a wide scope of responsibilities ranging from sales strategy and delivery to project pipeline and oversight. This will also include sales support leadership and internal collaboration to ensure whilst delivery is taken care of, it is done in the most effective way that aligns with our values.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, champion integrity and honesty and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels whilst being happy to travel nationally and internationally when required.
- Degree or recognised qualification in Engineering field or similar
- Sales experience with knowledge and experience of sales techniques
- Strong commercial acumen
