Lifetime Management is the suite of services within Rotork Site Services which help you manage the life cycle of your assets. The services available offer a complete solution to managing the risks associated with the life cycle of your equipment and their obsolescence (which compromise reliable performance and valuable uptime).

Lifetime Management provides high levels of support with minimum-to-no disruption to your production flow. It is a customisable service offering designed to seamlessly maintain and improve your assets; we offer bespoke levels of maintenance processes which are entirely customised to your needs.

There are many benefits and operational goals of Lifetime Management, such as maximised productivity and increased uptime for plant operations. It also means reduced operational risk, increased reliability and improved maintenance efficiency. Health Check

Health Check provides an assessment of an assets condition relative to its design specification and operational use. It is a field based check of the working health of your assets by experienced Rotork technicians and engineers who have years of practical knowledge and expertise.

  • Site survey
  • Asset register (including cataloguing of specifications, valves and application specific information)
  • Asset condition assessment (including visual inspection, check for leaks, water ingress, paint condition and status of any battery[s])

Enhanced Warranty

Enhanced Warranty includes condition based monitoring, providing regular reviews, inspections and analysis. It includes Planned Maintenance services and builds with comprehensive performance monitoring and review, plus benchmarking of application data and data logger interrogation for historical performance insight.

  • Conditioned based monitoring based upon asset criticality
  • Comprehensive performance review, including recommendations of corrective actions
  • Minimum of two health checks and data logger interrogations per year
  • Historical performance review via data logger interrogation
  • Benchmarking of application data
  • Enhanced/extended warranty, including minimum 12 month extension on manufacturer warranty, labour and parts included

Reliability Services

Reliability Services is part of Lifetime Management. It is a customisable approach to maintenance, with options that provide progressively increased coverage and support. Our tailor-made programmes increase reliability and availability and allow customers flexibility about what services are most appropriate for them. Some services may be offered as standalone options.

A predictive maintenance strategy can facilitate continuing high production demands. We are committed to the reduction of maintenance downtime and cost. As the original designers and manufacturers, we are the best place to go to get the highest levels of service possible.

Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance includes the services within Health Check and adds a level of regular maintenance that will provide an improved amount of reliable support.
