The Leeds factory manufactures a large range of gearboxes and is also the main engineering centre for the gears division.

Histoire

Leeds is home to development of gearboxes and there are some keys dates below:

1972  Exeeco formed (EX-English Electric COmpany) 
1973  Exeeco company registered, manufacturing multi-turn gearboxes and carrying out local service work
1986  Rotork acquires a 25% share of Exeeco
1988  Exeeco moves from Roker Lane, Pudsey to Regina House, Bramley taking over 2 units in a 4 unit  development
1992 Exeeco acquired a further unit on site 
1994  Exeeco became a wholly owned subsidiary of Rotork  
2003  Rotork Gears Division formed with the headquarters in Leeds  
2005  Exeeco acquired the final unit on site and became the sole occupant of the Regina House Site 
2012  Exeeco renamed as Rotork UK Limited 
2014  Relocation expected to new Brown Lane West facility close to Elland Road, Leeds
