HR Business Partner

Position Summary

This role can be based out of our Manchester, Leeds or Bath offices

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR End Markets and Services, you will play a key role in ensuring we support the business to deliver the Rotork Growth Strategy and deliver brilliant people solutions to our colleagues across these key parts of the business. 


You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, working globally across different teams and working with HR peers to deliver solutions for the business which deliver the Rotork strategy. You will be a visible role model for Rotork values and help coach senior level colleagues with this and other people activities.


The successful candidate will be comfortable coping with unexpected challenges, have excellent organisational skills and a sense of fun.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience at a senior level within a HR function, for example: HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Evidence of delivering effective projects themselves
  • Experience of support different business areas
