Tutti i disegni relativi agli attuatori Rotork sono modellati con il sistema CAD Solid Edge (versione 12.00.05.02). I dati esterni sono modellati per fornire una rappresentazione accurata e completa della forma dell’attuatore; per i dati interni - essendo più sensibili - non vi sono modelli di riferimento. Eventuali modifiche dell’attuatore sono state modellate per facilitare il lavoro ai propri Clienti (ad esempio, il comando manuale e le opzioni di base).
Formati file
Dal momento che in tutto il mondo esistono diversi sistemi CAD, ognuno con il proprio formato, Rotork ha fatto in modo che i file generati possano essere trasformati nei seguenti formati:
Formato Parasolid (estensione file .x_t)
È probabilmente il miglior formato per tutti i sistemi CAD basati su Parasolid (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro Engineer ecc.). Help
Formato ACIS (estensione file .sat)
Si adatta molto bene ai sistemi CAD che si basano su ACIS 3D Modelling Engine (ad esempio Autodesk Inventor). Help
Formato IGES (estensione file .igs)
Un formato neutrale, che tuttavia genera file piuttosto pesanti. Help
Formato STEP (estensione file .stp)
Un formato neutrale più recente che può supportare il trasferimento di dati PDM aggiuntivi. Help
STEREOLITOGRAFO (estensione file .stl)
Il formato stereolitografo è molto utilizzato in produzione, essendo un formato standard per molte macchine a prototipazione rapida. Sebbene questo formato sia ampiamente riconosciuto da molti software, non può essere importato in alcuni dei più diffusi sistemi CAD. Help
