HPG
HPG actuators are designed to use pipeline gas as the motive power source. Using our industry recognised and proven hydraulic scotch-yoke quarter-turn design, the HPG is a direct gas actuator customisable to end-user specifications. Our actuators are complemented with a variety of Rotork designed and manufactured high-pressure gas controls.

• Scotch yoke actuators in double-acting configuration
• Hydraulic manual override as standard
• A separate cylinder for hydraulic override ensures complete separation of high-pressure pipeline gas from the hydraulic fluid
• Independent override cylinder allows replacement of power cylinder seals without removal of the actuator from the valve and allows manual operation while the power cylinder is disassembled
• Control configurations are available to meet virtually any operation requirements
• PED or ASME approved gas/oil and power gas storage tanks
• Speed control in both directions standard
• Extremely wide range of high-pressure control logic options
• Complies with EN60529 (1991) + (A1:2000) for IP67M
• Actuators certified to IP66M/67M
• Actuators certified to ATEX 2014/34/EU
