A typical day for Santhosh is full of variety, and hands-on learning. He spends time getting to know Rotork’s products and services, from the start of the product life cycle to the end. Through his apprenticeship, he also gets to step beyond the classroom and into real service activities across Chennai and the surrounding areas, including customer site visits where he can turn what he has learned into practical, real-world experience. 

One of the highlights of the apprenticeship so far has been the opportunity to support commissioning and testing on customer sites. For Santhosh, these experiences have been especially valuable because they bring together problem solving and direct customer interaction. He also values the chance to communicate with different people in different languages, which has helped make each experience unique and rewarding.

Santhosh has built practical skills, from creating electrical wiring diagrams to preparing presentations, weekly reports, and meeting updates. Just as importantly, his confidence has grown through teamwork, sharing ideas, and learning from colleagues.
