The Rotork supplier selection and approval procedure applies to both new suppliers and existing suppliers whose manufacturing site has changed. We clearly define a process for selection of new suppliers for all Rotork sites to ensure a common and fair approach.

We may visit sites and look at the following criteria, (depending on how critical the product or service supplied is);

• Business management
• Design technology
• Production technology
• Manufacturing processes and capacity
• Inspection controls
• Training and human resources
• Basic financial information
• Business continuity management
• Environmental impact
