Rotork supports data centre innovation at Intel conference

Rotork recently participated in Intel’s Data Center Design Conference (DCDC) in Taiwan, highlighting its role in supporting evolving data centre applications.

At the event, Intel demonstrated a server-level leakage isolation capability incorporating a Hanbay actuator, achieving a fast closing time of less than one second. In high-performance environments such as data centres, fast response is an important factor in supporting system protection and reliability.

As part of the broader solution, Rotork contributed to the event through a technical presentation and engagement with attendees, including OEMs and system designers. The team also showcased compact electric actuation solutions suited to applications where space, responsiveness, and control are key considerations.

Participation in events such as DCDC provides an opportunity to collaborate with technology partners, share expertise, and better understand emerging requirements in the data centre sector.

With demand for data centre infrastructure continuing to grow, particularly with the expansion of AI and cloud technologies, there is increasing focus on solutions that support efficiency, control and reliability. Rotork’s Hanbay range is designed for applications requiring compact, high-performance actuation in these environments.

This engagement reflects Rotork’s ongoing focus on supporting customers and partners with practical, application-focused solutions across a range of industries.
