Rotork has completed the divestment of the M&M product line in Bergamo, Italy, and the Midland ACS product line in Wolverhampton, UK, to Dacke Industri AB, a long-term industrial technology investor. Under Dacke Industri’s ownership, both businesses will become part of its Air Technology Business Area. They have transferred as ongoing businesses and will continue operating from their existing sites with their current leadership teams, moving forward as M&M Instruments Srl in Italy and Midland Flow Ltd in the UK.
 

Rotork acquired Midland ACS in 2014 and M&M in 2015, and over the years has invested in strengthening their operations, improving working environments, and enhancing performance. Rotork believe that moving these businesses to new ownership is the right step to support their long-term success, while also enabling Rotork to concentrate on the areas that will drive future growth.
 

A structured transition process is underway to ensure continuity for customers and employees, and Rotork is working closely with Dacke Industri to support a smooth transfer for all existing M&M and Midland ACS customers.
