Biography

Lyndsey joined Rotork in August 2018 as a Divisional Finance Director for the Instruments Division and subsequently the Divisional Finance Director, Chemical, Process and Industrial (CPI). She was appointed as Managing Director, CPI in 2021.

In January 2023 Lyndsey was appointed Business Transformation Director, leading on the delivery of Rotork’s Growth+ strategy.

Prior to joining Rotork, Lyndsey spent 21 years at IMI Precision Engineering (a division of IMI Plc) holding numerous senior roles focusing on the industrial automation, energy, commercial vehicle and life science sectors.
