Biography

Ben was appointed in March 2024, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and corporate governance. Prior to joining Rotork, Ben played a key role at The Weir Group PLC for 10 years, most recently as Vice President, Finance & IT for the Minerals Division. In this role, Ben was instrumental in shaping financial strategy, optimising operational efficiency, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance business performance. Prior to his tenure at Weir, Ben held finance roles at Vodafone Group plc and Intel Corporation. Ben is CIMA qualified and a Fellow of The Association of Corporate Treasurers.
