I am a Business Projects Lead.

What kind of technology at Rotork do you work with on a regular basis?

Microsoft Suite, CE, PowerBI, Xperience, D365FinOps.

What does an average day at Rotork look like for you?

I would love to say there was an average typology, but truthfully every day is different as I am working with the Business to deliver its strategic mandates. Some days, this can be project planning or business development, but on others it can mean data wrangling and change management workshops. The range is exceptional, but then again, that was the initial appeal of the job.

What is the biggest positive about working at Rotork?

Apart from being able to work in Bath (which I love) I think that the company is going through an exciting period of growth and change and therefore one can have a big impact in designing, implementing, and securing the company’s future.

What makes you most excited about the future with Rotork?

I think Rotork is investing in acquiring talent in all forms which is an exciting prospect as there is ample room for learning, opportunity, and personal growth. Being able to address real world and business challenges with the minds in Rotork is a privilege that is not lost on me.
