What is the Service Academy 

The Service Academy is Rotork's apprenticeship programme for future Field Service Engineers.

You'll earn while you learn, combining recognised qualifications with hands-on experience in a real engineering environment. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll develop the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to support customers and keep critical operations running safely and reliably.

Through a combination of structured learning and real experience, you'll build expertise in engineering principles, maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics, while strengthening the communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills needed to support customers.

As you progress through the programme, you'll take on new challenges, gain valuable experience and build the foundations for a rewarding career as a Field Service Engineer.
