    Human Resources

    • Assist with the development of human resource procedures, forms and policies.
    • Enter employee data into ADP and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assist with HR processes e.g. performance reviews, open enrollment, merit increases, stay and exit interviews.
    • Establish, organize, and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist with employee programs e.g. holiday gifts, service awards, bulletin board, wellness, charity, celebrations, etc. Including acting as Chairperson of the Charity Committee.
    • Assist with hiring and onboarding including posting jobs, sourcing resumes, pre-screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and new hire paperwork.
    • Support the completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
    • Maintain HR systems including ADP HRB and SharePoint
    • Complete travel arrangement for incoming guests.

    Sales & Marketing

    • Planning / Coordinating Trade Shows and Customer Events
    • Managing Demo Room & Equipment for Sales Team
    • Coordinate in house customer lunches and sales meetings.

    Facility Management

    • Managing all vendors and contractors who provide services and repairs to the building
    • Supply Orders
    • Meeting and calendar management
    • Maintain all common areas in the building to ensure they are kept clean and tidy
