The Inside Sales / Applications engineer will be responsible for supporting the quotation process by reviewing customer requests and specifications for Valve Automation Solutions, engineer a design and technical response to meet the customer’s engineering specifications.

• Design automation solutions for a variety of products and assemblies using knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatic actuators, mechanical systems and operator interface.
• Provide technical support and answers to customers, engineering, production and contracts departments.

The role consists of leading, managing and organizing the technical support activity within the Service department environment. The objective for the position is full autonomy, and where necessary to collaborate with the Engineering Department, to support and technically develop requests for modification, retrofit, and improvement of RFS products, received from the customer  through the Service Team Department.
