This is a critical role within service for Rotork, where you will influence key stakeholders in the business and will have the freedom to make the role your own to achieve success. You will work across all Rotork’s end markets to drive the growth plans of the service function which filters into our overall Growth+ strategy.
Reporting to the Global Head of Service Operations, this role ties in as a key figure to lead the way for the EMEA regional within the service function.
In this role you will have a range of responsibilities, ranging from market and customer growth, competitor analysis, investment planning and 3rd party partnerships. You will also be responsible for sales forecasting and tracking the actual performance of sales. There is a notable amount of travel within this role so you must be happy to travel domestically and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be extremely driven and motivation to excel in their role and have the ability to negotiate with people from different cultures to their own.
