Country Manager, Russia

Position Summary:

The Opportunity

 This is a critical dual Sales and Country Manager role for a market-leading, global flow control company. You will lead Oil & Gas sales across Russia, as well take responsibility for the Russia P&L, headcount, back office and customer services.

 Reporting in to the Cluster Manager for Central Europe, this is a senior leadership role in the region and will drive performance, motivate the team, and direct sales across the region.


We are looking for:

  • An experienced salesperson with a track record of success within the Oil & Gas sector, ideally with an instruments/instrumentation & automation background and with experience within Russia
  • Knowledge of and a network within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Management experience, either as a Sales Leader or a General Manager. You will have managed a P&L previously
  • A charismatic leader, someone who can communicate the company’s vision, motivate a team and who excels in an environment of ambiguity and change
  • A team player who enjoys acting as a role model and a leader, with well-developed soft skills and a lack of ego
  • Someone who is proactive, commercially-minded, hands-on and excellence-focused.
