Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Early Careers programme, developing great talent within Rotork to keep the world flowing for future generations.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Culture & Inclusion, you will oversee the development and delivery of our Early Careers programmes. Working closely with the business and HR to ensure our programmes and initiatives attract, build, and develop early talent, whilst managing our cohorts of Graduates, Interns and Apprentices.

In this role you will manage the full life cycle of our Early Careers programmes and continuously develop the programme and learning pathways. You will also provide direct line management of our Graduate and Intern cohorts throughout their programme, whilst working closely with their placement managers & mentors to ensure their continued development.

This role would suit someone with a passion for supporting people starting off in their careers, who has excellent programme management capabilities.

Experience Requirements

• You will have experience working within Early Careers and managing of Graduates and/or Apprenticeship schemes.
• Previous line management experience the ability to coach, grow and develop others
• Excellent programme and project management skills

The Successful Candidate

• A positive and engaging self-starter; you demonstrate drive and the ability to engage effectively and confidently with a wide range of people including stakeholders at all levels
• Experience operating across a global matrix business
• A track record of implementing innovative solutions, whilst continuing to seek out new ways of working
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
