Position Summary

This is a key role within Rotork ensuring growth within the Chemical, Process and Industrial (CPI) market.

The Opportunity

Working in partnership with the CPI Managing Director, the Head of Strategy CPI will drive, manage, and direct strategic marketing related activities to execute a growth strategy for Rotork with equal focus on strategic planning and insights and intelligence as well as rolling out a growth & business development project.

With demonstrated success in a similar role, you will be an industry subject matter expert and adept at driving key strategic initiatives. You will be tuned in to anticipate business opportunities and then spearhead the investigation, design, and execution of those initiatives and you will be proficient in building a business case to influence stakeholders and drive execution and change.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in engineering, business, or marketing)
• Must have successfully led marketing, strategic planning and growth initiatives, ideally with a proven track record in global strategic marketing.
• Experience with product management, marketing communications, pricing, VOC, and new product development
• Strong finance acumen which relevant experience interacting with and assessing complex business models, diverse data sources, and P&L key metrics

The Successful Candidate

• Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• An ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective demonstrate ability to deliver complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
• Flexibility to travel (domestic and international) and manage working hours to meet the demands of the role
