About the Role

As part of our Growth Acceleration Programme, we have a number of exciting opportunities for seasoned Programme Managers with experience of orchestrating and delivering change across a variety of business areas including Sales, Product Development or Supply Chain Operations.

Reporting into Director level, we want enthusiastic and pragmatic individuals who are capable of taking responsibility for the planning and execution of global initiatives that will deliver operational improvements and accelerate growth over multiple years.

About You

You will be someone who likes being at the heart of things and has worked directly with Director level stakeholders.

You will have led, managed and delivered a variety of global or regional programmes that covered multiple sites, including managing resources, schedules and financials. You will be used to ensuring that each of your underlying projects delivers the business outcomes agreed and you will be willing to lend a helping hand or coach when needed.

Your background will likely be diverse, both in terms of the types of projects and programmes you have delivered and the industry sectors you have delivered them in.

Due to having multiple Programme Management roles available across our Commercial, Operations and New Product Development functions we are open to seeing a Programme Managers with experience across one or more of these functions.
