Position Summary
This role is key in ensuring major projects are delivered whilst maximising the long-term commercial success of the business and contributing to the overall business strategy.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, in this role you will interact with multiple departments and key stakeholders throughout Rotork.
In this role you will be responsible for the completion of projects on time, to budget, achieves the desired outcome and meets required standards, develop and guide cross functional teams to deliver large projects via a matrix structure and enforce project management methods and standards within projects.
This role would suit someone who can balance multiple priorities, apply concepts and techniques through strong communication skills.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience within industrial project management environments
- Engineering product focused experience
- Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of managing large, complexed projects
The Successful Candidate
- Can work within multi-discipline, cross functional teams
- Has a relentless ability to solve problems in a high-pressure environment
- Can communicate with all levels of an organisation
