Process Control Actuators

Rotork Process Controls manufactures electric actuators for specialised processing and environmental control valve applications. The CVA and GPSA actuator ranges apply state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical technologies to the ‘smart’ operation of linear and rotary control valves demanding continuous, repeatable modulation, with a programmable fail to position option. The range demonstrates unrivalled control valve automation, combined with advanced, non-intrusive calibration and valve diagnostic technologies.

SM Series actuators are designed for closed-loop continuous modulation of rotary valves, vanes and dampers, whilst LA Series actuators provide linear modulation for dampers, diverters, variable speed drives, combustion controls and other positioning applications. Both are widely adopted by environmental improvement projects undertaken by the fossil fuelled power generation industries.

Rotork Process Controls product range is completed by the specialist MC-1100 remote pressure regulating actuator, SM/LA-3300 rotary and linear spring return actuator and TA-1200 throttle actuator. Complementary products include position transmitters and the AD range of servo-amplifiers for valve positioning.
